What is Quick Eats?

Quick Eats is a food delivery service designed to revolutionise the food delivery industry. We offer speedy and efficient deliveries from a range of restaurants and takeaways. In addition, we also offer a grocery delivery service to provide total ease and convenience to shoppers as well as a dine-in booking option for top restaurants.

How does Quick Eats work?

The way in which our service works is simple and straightforward. If you want to book a table at a participating restaurant via our website or iOS/Android app, you simply select the date & time at a participating restaurant, once accepted you get a reservation code, which should be presented to staff when you arrive at the restaurant.

You can also order food for delivery from a restaurant or takeaway via our website or app. The order goes through to the chosen restaurant and once it is prepared, our rider will collect it and deliver it to your door within 20 minutes.
For those looking to order supermarket groceries, the process is also very simple. Again, you can use our website or our app to do this. Simply place your order and make payment, and our rider will then collect your shopping and deliver it to you within 20 minutes.

What types of eateries do you work with?

There are various eateries that partner with Quickeats to provide you with a fast, speedy, and efficient service. We deal with both high-end restaurants and a range of takeaways, which means there are food options to cater to all tastes, preferences, and budgets.

What are your hours of operation?

At Quick Eats, our hours of operation are longer than many other food delivery providers. We operate from 8 am until 12 am seven days a week.

Is there a minimum spend?

The minimum amount you need to spend varies based on the restaurant or takeaway you are ordering from. You will be able to determine the minimum spend level when you choose the eatery you are interested in on our website or app.

What is your fee for delivery?

The delivery fee charged is different for all the restaurants and supermarkets we partner with. Please check this when you have chosen a restaurant, takeaway, or supermarket.

Am I charged for cancellations?

If you need to cancel a table after using the dine-in option, simply ring the restaurant and cancel your booking reservation.
If you have placed a food delivery or supermarket order, you may cancel at any time as long as the supermarket or eatery has not started to prepare your order. If your order is already being processed, it will be at the discretion of the restaurant/takeaway or supermarket as to whether you can cancel. In order to speak to us about cancelling an order, all you need to do is contact our support team.

What if there is a problem with my order?

If your order is late, does not turn up for any reason, or if there is a problem with the order, you can contact our support team via phone or email. We will then do our best to resolve the issues as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Can I book restaurant tables in a different city?

Yes, it is possible to book tables at restaurants in other cities via our website or app. You can check the dine-in options that are available for different cities by simply entering the nearest postcode in the search bar when you go onto our website or app.

What if I have food allergies?

If you suffer from food allergies, it is very important that you read the allergy notes of the restaurant before you place your order. In addition, you will also be able to enter details of any allergies before you check-out after placing an order on our website or via our app.

What is your friend referral scheme?

This is a great scheme that enables you and your friends to earn rewards. When you refer a friend, both you and the person you refer will receive a £10.00 voucher. This can then be redeemed in accordance with our terms and conditions.
